Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)

We only offer exchanges if the item you received is damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at contact@blinggco.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
  3. We will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item as originally ordered.
  • We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
